Sports Direct

Came here with my mum and Sister and her baby and we was looking around and my sister tried something on and the worker don't know her name at all but she had really short black hair and she walked past and muttered "people really don't know how to shop" we looked at her thinking what the hell because we was just shopping not doing anything wrong and my sister tried something on because we was unsure if there was changing rooms and she didn't want to leave her kid outside as she doesn't like leaving her kid alone there wasn't anything wrong with it as other people do it aswell and we found it really rude and it put my sister in a bad mood as her day was going well I don't think workers should be saying stuff like this as there opinion doesn't matter for what an individual does not to sound horrible but whoever the worker is shouldnt of said a cheeky comment as we did nothing wrong at all it's just rude have some respect people are coming into the store and U have rude workers muttering things and when we was leaving looking at us giving us looks and laughing its not really nice in future U should keep your opinions to yourself and be nice its not hard.

Staff were rude and very negative,totally unacceptable.

I was really disappointed with the treatment we received from a particular member of staff here. I could get her name as I didn’t see a name badge but we had asked am old lady with short dark hair if they had a particular size of shoe. Given the layout of sports direct and the shoes being displayed on the walls I would expect that is something the staff would be pretty used to. No exaggeration, she huffed, tutted and shouted for one of her colleagues to do it for her instead. I stood there feeling quite embarrassed as I don’t want to make anyone’s job harder and I actually ended up not purchasing all the goods I needed because I didn’t want to be met with that reaction again. The other male staff were super helpful and kind and despite their demanding colleague, very patient and attentive. This review isn’t about compensation or getting people into trouble, I just hope the lady reads this and takes accountability for her behaviour so it doesn’t make future customers unhappy.

This company sells products that are soo bad in quality . Items were not even fit for purpose. Sports direct seems to think it is ok to sell them but, they don’t have to take any responsibility for it. How rude the Member of Staff was so beyond logic So zero stars really 🤔

Really really appalled by the way the staff at sports direct treats me , very rude condescending staff , treating other customers better in front of me . Staff made me walk all the way back to the shoes corner , and did not do the same for the customer right behind me . Other dude that processed my order was way worse . Would give zero stars if I could .
