Absolutely unacceptable experience! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Sports Direct UK and returned 2 of them. I have clear proof that both pairs were received at their warehouse, but I only got a refund for one. It’s been over three weeks, and they are completely ignoring my requests. Customer service is useless — either not responding or giving generic replies that lead nowhere. This is theft. They stole £70 from me. Shameful behaviour from such a big company. I will never order from them again and strongly advise others to stay away — especially if there's any chance you'll need to return something. You might lose your money for good.

the bald manager was telling two members of staff off in the doorway - completely unacceptable to discipline staff infront of the only two customers in the store

Went in and first thing I saw was a member of staff sat playing on his phone, may even of been the manager. When I asked him for help, he told me that three other people work there! I waited a minute to see if he would come to serve me buy he didn't. I was going to buy some trainers but left straight away. Won't go there again.

Overall it's a very good shop. Good prices and helpful staff. Fairly clean and well kept place . However only minor thing I'd say is the lack of choice. Fair amount of trainers to choose from, but some of the clothes are just a mix of old and new stock, with not much to choose from compared to other sports direct shops. But goole has been In need of some brand new shops and this is a great start. Hopefully we'll get more in the future. Very impressed and I'll keep using it from now on.

I have just bought some golf shoes in the sale from Sports Direct. The lady who served me was extremely helpful. It was a pleasure to shop there. I have shopped there before and it's a very clean and tidy store. Thank you.
