Very disappointing experience in this store. Went to get some work trousers but there was no fitting rooms. This meant that you had to buy them hoping that they would fit. I had to therefore, return them in store because they didn’t fit, so we requested a refund. But we were then told that it is against their policy to issue any refunds but can offer a credit note. So even if you don’t need anything else in store, they keep your money you have spent. They then went onto saying it should have been made clear on the purchase but I was never told this. There is apparently a little note on the top of the till which is on a black background with grey writing to apparently inform customers of their terms of conditions. I’m sorry but who is able to have the time to read this when there is a store full of customers. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, my wife was laughed when demanded to speak to a manager. No care, thought or respect given to any of their customers. I can highly recommend no one to visit or shop here unless you want disappointment and poor customer service.

Good experience today. Wife got some really nice Sketchers at a good price and they had her size across the range, which is usually one of the big gripes for shoppers. Staff were 5*

Staff really can't even pretend to be bothered here! Asked for another shoe size from a lady stocking a rail to be told "there's a huge queue you have to wait" and never came back... so went to the cashier (only 1 person queued ahead of me) and when she said it was the smallest size she had, I asked if they had a junior size. She then replied "I don't know, you'll have to look in the junior section" and then stared at me blankly. You'd think they could offer to look it up on their devices or at least apologise but nope. I've worked retail part time in my life and never treated a customer like such a bother in my life. I was going to buy another pair of sneakers but after the treatment I had, I'd rather pay more online elsewhere to a more deserving store.

Very bad experience in this store. 2 Teenagers running the top floor but sadly neither of them are interested in providing any kind of Customer Service. The tag had fallen off the item I wanted to purchase and was told straight I couldn't be served, end of. No offer to go get me another with a tag, or look the product up online to get the barcode. Just a straight flat refusal to serve me for something that was out of my control. Quite frankly disgusting as it was clear for all to see that my Autistic Child was getting very agitated thinking they weren't getting the item they had saved up for out of their own money. What a complete joke. Has seriously made me think whether I want to shop with Sports Direct ever again.

Absolutely MIFFED OUT!! When they are looking for people to work in this store, they give stupidity tests and ignorance test. They teach employees how to be rude to customers !! Otherwise I don't understand why all the employees here are so rude. I went to return a pair of sneakers and I received a credit note instead of money. I will never buy something from this shop never again
