We telephoned early in the day for some advice on what we would need to re-point a patio (novices). Arriving at the store - we came across the most unhelpful , grumpy character. Obviously not the one we spoke to an hour earlier - and one who was going to make it difficult. No smiles, or helo

Everything was fine about purchase , staff very helpful but one thing , I've asked to drop stuff over fence, there was even a note for a driver , and now I have big bag of top soil on the driveway. If you offer such a thing then I would be nice to actually do it.
