Popped in for tea as our boiler had broken at home and it was freezing! Lovely pizzas and desserts. Service was really quick and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Keep up the good work
Amazing food and atmosphere. The food is always served fresh and hot. Fish and Chips along with chicken wings and beer are my go to pick here. One of the best British pubs with a slice of history.
The Scribbling Mill was a good find after a few hours of shopping at the white rose!! 22/7/25...(I haven't been here for a few years) Fairly busy, but still found a seat ok and got served quickly via the App. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and warm....Much better than queuing like Lemmings at the McDonalds!! 😁 Would happily call in again, although I suspect weekends would be very busy!
It's a busy little pub, I'm loving the curry meal lately, and its cheaper on Thursdays curry club 😄 No problem with service ever.
Very busy took a few minutes to find a table. Ordering was quick and simple. Having been sat down for a couple of minutes the food arrived. Eggs and chips were great, however the ham may have come from Wiltshire but unfortunately via a processor. The Christmas menu took some finding unfortunately too late to change our order. There was far too much on the small table, and maybe a few less might help.
