If I could give 0 stars I would, there’s one staff member with blonde hair not quite sure of her name but she’s the most miserable person I’ve ever come across! Her and another woman that works there sit on stools near the door doing naff all, I’ve heard them slagging people off also while they've got head sets on which I think is very unprofessional and bullying behaviour, you ask for help and it’s like you’re an inconvenience to them and huff when they get asked to do anything complete laziness if you ask me. The manger isn’t very nice either! The shop needs new staff that are polite and have motivation, not miserable people that can’t be bothered.

I am a very old man and my eye sight not the best so I came in last night and I can in for some no scent wash tablets and some 4 pint of milk so I asked for some help after struggling to to find what I was looking for. A biggish lass who has blonde hair, she was the youngest one in there, I asked her for her help and instead of wanting to help me she wants to slag some manger off, I think she calling him March sorry If I spelt the name wrong, your staff are very rude and I will not be coming back in to the store. Poundland was an easy access been a small shop for me when I'm not with my carers but if we get treated like we are moldy bread then I definitely won't be coming back. I will be telling my family and my carers not to be going in the shop when she's in as she's is just rude and normally just sat at the door with her belly out.

This store needs looking into the staff are very rude and not helpful at all, when you ask for help they just look at you stupid as if you shouldn't be there, ive heard staff swearing while shopping and also arguing whos going to go on the tills, you can't move around the shop freely due to cages blocking the aisles, if I want a poundland in future I'll travel, I will be avoiding this store until the staff are looked into, ive also put a complaint into head office.

I was shopping at your store today I was spoken to rudely by staff I'm a elderly woman who's in process of dying..I have bad eyesight and struggle with standing I wanted help at counter as I always do when out shopping .they wouldn't help told rudely to use machine which i struggle with and putting into bags.i always need help and assistance from your staff at tills.i was rudely spoken to and told not to shop there as I'm a horrible woman font want my custom there again.. I was treated so bad by both the store girls..

Rang up to see if they had a specific bottle as my niece will only drink out of specific bottle and didn’t want to get all the way to the store if they didn’t have any. Asked if they could check the stock of A specific water bottle they didn’t even ask what water bottle they just said no we don’t have any. What you don’t have a single water bottle in the entire Poundland store? That’s good. More like couldn’t be bothered with their job and wasn’t slightly interested in helping. What is the point in answering the phone if you can’t be bothered…
