First visit and last. Unsafe. Aldi themselves should make some effort to keep the entrance clean. Outside was full of mashed up leaves and rubbish in puddles which you had to walk through. Heard of a sweeping brush? A beggar was sat on the floor next to the entrance. Dodgy people hanging around just staring at you. Inside reasonable apart from the quality of some 'customers'. Two women kicked off. They started shouting and abusing staff verbally and security were rushing towards them as my 90 year old frail mum and I were leaving. I think they were shoplifters. Like I said messy and unsafe. Avoid.

It was quite disappointing to witness gross incompetence. The place was shoddy and untidy, and there was much room for improved cleanliness and hygiene. I don't blame the management and staff, but rather the lack of higher management oversight. I don't believe staff efforts are adequately recognised too.

Neil was absolutely AMAZING he was always there when you needed help and did such a great job if you are the manager reading this PLEASE give him a raise and keep him he is fabulous and great at customer service
