Love hate relationship with bramley aldi some of the staff are lovely very polite, chatty easy going and then some of the other staff seem really miserable like they don’t want to be there at all , rude and ID every chance they get even tho they’ve seen MINE 50 times, i get a hostile vibe from them also. I wonder if it’s a power trip thing for some of them. It’s quite sad actually because some of the team here are lovely.

I have been shopping at the Bramley store since it opened and the majority of the shop floor staff are very helpful and friendly. I have noticed that the stock levels aren't as good as they used to be. Oh, and it's always freezing inside. Doesn't make for happy customers or staff.

Staff are always in your way. Veg goes off soon as you step out shop, Meat is VacPacked so it's lovely and brown when you get it out 🤮 and then never enough time to pack always been rushed. I hate it

I've noticed for the last month or so, when I shop here it is absolutely freezing, colder than other supermarkets I shop at. I asked one of your staff if the heating was broken but they said no, it had always been very cold in that store in winter. I'm usually in there for a 10 minute shop and it's uncomfortable, I dread to think what working a full shift must be like for your staff. It might be HSE compliant, but come on Aldi, look after your people?

Nice branch with some nice produce. Not the biggest in Leeds, but still you will find all you need. Not so crowded when I visited, nd prices are quite good as usual ALDI. They also have some good offers. They have plenty of parking spaces. I definitely recommend.
