Green Grove Country House

This is the best B and B we have ever stayed in .We will definitely be visiting again and have recommended it to everyone we know !We stayed in the Littondale room .Lovely decor ,4 poster bed. ,black out curtains (they thought of everything-a torch is provided)A lovely welcome tray-we had special dietary requirements so a selection of fruit was left(cream cakes-dairy free available -are usually left in the room ,along with a pint of milk (and a litre of soya milk for one of us )in the mini fridge in the room..Breakfasts were brilliant.As one of us had a very restricted diet ,there was great consideration with the presentation and content of our breakfasts (anyone with a severe food allergy need not to worry ,they had excellent understanding of my needs.)Keith and Zoe were the perfect hosts ,a lovely couple .We didn’t want to leave !

Thank you to Zoe at Green Grove Country House who was so welcoming on arrival and helpful during our stay. Beautifully presented room , immaculate with such attention to detail, very comfortable four poster bed, massive shower room, clean crisp cotton sheets & fluffy towels. Tea coffee , sugar , low sugar , biscuits, 2 gorgeous cakes with a pint of milk in the fridge should you require it , nothing is a trouble at all. The whole building has been tastefully renovated to an exceptional standard by Keith and the family , as well as building to a high standard Keith Cooks a perfect breakfast , quality sausage bacon and black pudding along with any eggs on request. Highly recommend we most certainly will stay again. Angie & Steve.

A dream stay at this magical little gem. The hosts couldn't be kinder and more welcoming. Our room had the most stunning view and beautiful four-poster bed. The breakfast was so delicious. A perfect weekend getaway. Thank you so much!

Lovely stay at this charming bed and breakfast! The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and Zoe was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. Breakfast was fantastic—especially the local black pudding, easily the best I've ever had!

Hi, my wife and I had a very nice quiet, countryside experience. Keith and Zoe have invested a lot of money and time to get this guest house up to a high standard, everything is Very clean, and our hosts made us very welcome, Our room had views across a lovely fields, we spotted, a deer, a woodpecker, a frog, a squirrel, With lots of places to eat, restaurants and pubs. Keith prides himself on cooking breakfast just how you like it, A choice of teas and coffees in your room, The bathroom had an amazing walk in shower( my wife wants one at home now ) I would recommend this country house and we will return again someday. X
