We would like to let the powers that be regarding a superb member of staff who dealt with us in the Bridlington cafe. Ben Wood is a fantastic young man with excellent customer skills he is definitely an asset to Morrisons he made our experience an excellent one, as regular customers he is by far the best staff member we have encountered. Well done Ben

Take your wellies and big coat. Car park flooded as per usual and it's colder in store than outside. Shopping experience was ok

After years of shopping at this store we have noticed a real decline in the store cleanliness, available lines and prices. The increasing addition of self serve checkouts results in big queues. What was once a friendly cafe has recently become a place to avoid, no staff, no food and half days. Its smaller shops for us now.

The shop had an air of disorganisation, looked more like a discount store. Abysmal sandwich in the cafe, the cheapest bread, no visible butter so a bit dry, and some tinned smoked ham. Only other choice was plain cheddar. Very disappointing. Not a patch on the Scarborough store though I haven't tried their sandwiches. Sorry Morrisons!

Colder inside store than out, understaffed, shelves empty and cafe understaffed. Not a very good shopping experience. Seems Morrisons is being run into the ground. Feel sorry for their loyal workers.
