Wow - what has happened to the customer service and care! Dashed in to buy an item, ended up grabbing a few. As I had used my bag to hold the items, Dawn inferred I was a potential shop lifter, then went on to directly call me 'inconscious' (whatever that means!). I can not find the policy of not using your bag on either the local or national ASDA website(s) , nor posted anywhere in the store. Called the store (Jess) for clarification, as would like to understand the approach of delivering such a message. Left number and nobody has had the decency to return the call. Poor, very poor experience.
Came in with my dad yesterday, he has severe mobility issues and as we were making our way through Vicky (with a C) came over and kindly offered us the use of a wheelchair! She was very helpful and polite, and even after we were done shopping she helped us get sorted She went above and beyond in helping us and that's a kindness we won't forget, thank you Vicky! :)
Came in today to do full weeks shop only self check outs going absolute nightmare staff very abrupt whats happened to customer care never again back to tescos for us extremely disappointing
I love this Asda, always friendly and good choice, however please be aware the CAR PARK has a 1 HOUR LIMIT! Just received a fine and I'm disgusted as there is a real lack of signage (also what supermarket car park has a 1 hour limit?!) please be careful!
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The shop is an ideal size for those who don't like massive shops (like me). I always find what I need . The shop is well laid out. Definitely my favourite in Beverley
