Blessings Play City

We visited after seeing positive reviews on TikTok, but unfortunately this place felt extremely unsafe for children. It was very disappointing overall. The venue is very small, and there were multiple gaps in the floor padding in both the toddler and older children’s areas. A fire extinguisher was placed right next to the aeroplane play equipment, and several plug sockets were exposed. Half of the play area required an additional payment, and even then some of the equipment was damaged. There were also metal padlocks within the soft play area, which is another serious hazard for children. Both rooms were very cold. There were no facilities available to warm up milk or food for babies or toddlers. When I raised these safety concerns with the staff member at the till, they were dismissed and not properly acknowledged — I was simply told nothing could be done. We visited at 2pm and paid ��7.50 for a 2-hour session for my 1-year-old, which did not feel like value for money given the safety issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience and would not recommend.

Such a lovely place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about both parents and children. The soft play area is clean and well organised, creating a safe and enjoyable space for little ones to have fun. The seating area is comfortable, making it easy for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their children. The food and drinks are fresh, well prepared, and perfect for a family outing. Overall, it's a calm and pleasant environment that's ideal for children to play and for parents to unwind. Highly recommended for families looking for a quality soft play experience.

There’s comfortable seating for parents and a relaxing atmosphere where you can watch your kids have fun also having some snacks. First time visiting, the staff are the most welcoming, humble people, they catered to both mine and my children needs. The softplay area was very clean, the toilets were immaculate and the sitting area. The children stayed 2 hours and truly enjoyed playing here. It was a calm setting. The food was amazing, hot and freshly made. The staff knew it was my child’s birthday and they sung happy birthday to him with a brownie and wrote happy birthday in chocolate, making his day so much more special. I am thankful to them for making our experience here amazing and I will truly come here again and again. If you want to take your children to soft play and have a cup of tea watching them, this is your place to come. May Allah swt give this place so much more barkat, success, and joy Ameen .

Play City and Cafe A lovely, compact indoor soft play area. I’ve visited quite a few times with large groups of children, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff and managers are always friendly and helpful. The play area is very clean, bright, and beautifully maintained. The food is served promptly, well presented, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for families.
