Peel Park is a good, well-kept space that’s perfect for a relaxing walk or family day out. The playgrounds are great for kids, and there’s plenty of open space for picnics, games, or just enjoying nature. Clean facilities, free parking, and a lovely little café make it even better. Always a pleasure to visit!
Well designed and laid out, functional for Crosscountry cycling enthusiast and competitions, nice Cafee run by volunteers, brilliant service by seniors. Of course various playing facilities for children and young toddlers in children penned areas, Areas set aside for the classic competitive sports, tennis, football and whatever. It also has vehicle entrance road and off road parking inside for patrons. Pets on leashes allowed probably with poop and scoop bins dotted around park. For me I enjoyed the end of season cyclecross completion, most competitors ended up plastered in mud, with frequent bike changes due to mud clogging, spectators were not immune to mud splattering events on the corners. There's a very impressive monument to the parks namesake Sir Robert Peel.
A peaceful, well-kept park with plenty to offer—lakeside views, walking paths, play areas, and sports facilities. Great for families, joggers, or a quiet day out.
A beautiful park with a small lake, 2 play parks and multiple paths, filled with a variety of trees and plants. Very clean with plenty of bins, well maintained.
Nice, big park. Upper and lower play areas for kids. Skateboarding area, exercise machines. Paths are tarmacked and are disabled and buggy friendly. Great for running, walking, etc. Very popular with dog owners! Tip: Avoid walking on the grass due to the amount of dog poo!
