Terrible , they tell everyone to turn up at same time . Your just sat for 1-2 hours waiting . Court run over this morning into this afternoon . Which effected the time on me being seen . Why tell everyone to come for 2pm, when your not clearly seeing everyone at 2pm . Taken time off work , paid for parking had to keep going out to my car to put more time on . Absolute joke
All depends on what you're visiting here for and this will determine the experience you have there.
No sufficient attempt to respond to several 1 Star Reviews form deserving members of the public is not a business practice I would approve of.
You cant get through and when you do they cannot help awfull
Similar experience to others. I got a ticket from a speed camera. Paid my fine straight away and advised I was the driver. However, i missed that I was required to send my licence in the post. I called and spoke to a nice lady at West Yorkshire Camera partnership, who advised to follow the instruction on make a plea on line. I did this and paid another fine of £100. I've now received a notification that i've been found guilty. 4 points. A victim surcharge of £135.00 , costs of £90.00, and a further fine of £563.00. I try call the number for Bradford Magistrates, but it just rings and rings. If I press option 1 - "discuss your fine", it goes to an automated payment. The whole process feels deliberately evasive. A £800 of cost for an average speed camera offense feels disproportionate to the offense. Very disappointed in my local police force and magistrates.
