Very positive experience with Judge Sills and our Barrister Lucy Coen at this court. Zero waiting time, impartial hearing. We felt heard. Judge Sills wanted to know all things relevant in order to make an informed decision and challenged both sides with his questions. At no point did we feel him leaning towards any of the parties. We did not have a clue until the decision came out. And then we could see the depth on all it was considered everything, objectively from the paperwork. Likewise, Ms Coen proved very high competence. Her bundle knowledge and attention to detail were second to non on the hearing. She is a very sharp barrister, who we can only recommend. Do not take me wrong. This is a court. It is far from pleasant to be there, but you are sourranded with competence, knowledge, and fairness.
As a student, it was a great experience observing the hearing.
I would very much recomend these helped me with my case and I won it before it evn got to the courts iwas told by the tribural would like to thank all those who where envolved with my triburnal cos pip benefit didnt like me to get it or even awarded when the prove is in the pudding and i won with alot of backpay that was owed directly to me it has been stressful cos at first didnt think i get it and also even the court day came sooner than later up to 2 years for court hearing so i would recomened these to anyone whos having difficulty like i have had its sm ovs got what im owed in the end thankyou yet again 5 Star rateing bye the way...
