I ordered from them twice, first a chocolate fudge cake with macarons, then a red velvet cake and six assorted cupcakes. Both times the delivery was on time and the cakes arrived in perfect condition. Everything tasted fresh, rich, and flavorful, with moist sponge and fresh cream. The quality was excellent, and the cakes looked beautiful too.
Just wanted to say the service was absolutely fantastic and the cake was superb. You can really tell it’s made with quality ingredients and a lot of love. I’d recommend Starbakes every day without a doubt. Truly top-notch!
Ordered the 8” loaded chocolate mousse drip cake and it was amazing. Decadent and rich, not overly sweet it was a very delicious cake enough to feed 12/14 people. The shop itself gave me the Mediteranean or French cake shop vibe with nice seating, great cakes on display and friendly team members. Will definitely recommend and go back to for a treat or a birthday cake when needed.
We ordered a wedding cake from Starbake and the amount of compliments we had was astounding. We were so pleased with the service, price, taste and look of our cake. The staff are so friendly and made it so easy to order the cake. They kept me posted the whole time in terms of drop off at our venue. I feel they really went out of their way to make our cake perfect. We spent ages looking at where to get our cake from (some places are extautionately priced!) but Starbake makes theirs at a reasonable cost and it was honestly much tastier than others we sampled at double the price. We got married mid June at Rudding Park, Harrogate and have already been back to buy cakes for "wedding video watch parties" - where cake is a must! Thanks so much Starbake - would 100% recommend!
I was actually surprised that I was the only person there at 7pm. (Considering it was a Friday I get it now 😀) In simple terms: the place was clean, the cookie was delicious and the tea was... well tea.
