I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dessert parlor! From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff made great recommendations and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit special. The desserts were nothing short of amazing—beautifully presented, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and incredibly fresh. Every bite was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell a lot of love and effort goes into what they serve. Great service from Sara. She was quick and friendly. I tried the brownie crumble pot and the cookie dough pot as they’re new to the menu. Both were perfect in the cold weather. A new regular spot😋!
I have been to the Dixons on Great Horton Road a few times with my children. I go for the kunafa melt pots. Staff member Umme is always there with a smile and she is very polite. The melt pots are delicious anyway but the way she does the presentation of the pots is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered chocolate kunaffa cup with extra kunaffa just got a load of strawberries in a cup with kunaffa on top very disappointed. The cups have gone smaller but charge the same.
