Unfortunately very poor experience. 50% of things mentioned in menu were not available. Staff had no clue, what can be offered Super slow service and took ages to cover the order for 5 people When order arrived it was worst dessert experience. Super dry hard waffles, tasteless ice cream (it was separate order-not included with waffles), and below average faluda This shop shouldn't be on Great Horton Road 😔
These people are out of order. They were treating there Asian worker horrible. They nearly had her in tears. She let a customer in the kitchen to wash his hands and the owners went ballistic on her in front of all customers and then took her in the back and started shouting at her. Horrible people. I can only imagine what they are like to her when customers are not there. The attitude stinks The food wasn't all that also. Plenty of alternatives. Can not be spending money where they treat there employees like dirt. Avoid this place.
Not impressed at all. Prices look premium but the quality is the complete opposite. I ordered a sundae and it barely had any flavour. The toppings tasted stale and the whole thing felt rushed and careless. For what they charge, you’d expect good service and good food — got neither
What on earth happened to this place, came here last week with my wife and 3 kids, sat down inside, took like 30 mins to take our order as there was only 2 ladies working inside who didn't have a clue and were so slow making orders, then i eventually ordered 5 scoops of ice cream and 5 pieces of baklava that were absolutely dead, dry and stale that seemed like they have been on the shelf for over a month, and then the best bit, the bill £27!!?? What an absolute waste of money and time, never again.
We have tried the Dubai chocolate cake and ice cream, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The cake was below average, and the ice cream was one of the poorest we've had. Even our ice-cream lover kids couldn’t finish it. It was simply horrible. What made the visit even more underwhelming was the lack of hospitality. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and no one even smiled. For the price we paid, the overall experience simply did not meet expectations.
