First visit to Bison Restaurant today, and I must say — the service and food were worth every penny! Delicious dishes, humble and attentive staff, and they truly made my son’s 17th birthday special. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they have a ladies-only area upstairs, complete with a prayer room — such a thoughtful touch. The décor was elegant and above standard, creating a beautiful atmosphere. Now I know exactly where to book for ladies-only events! Highly recommended — the warm, welcoming energy, especially from Manager Naz, made the evening even more memorable. Thank you for a lovely experience, Bison! 🌟

Very nice place, will defo go again. We got rump and fillet and both just melted in your mouth. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection as well. Kammy our server couldn't do enough. Very polite and well mannered. Made us feel welcome even though we arrived 15 mins before opening time. The complementary mocktails were lovely as well. Amazing all round experience.

The steak was well cooked and the mash was very tasty. The rest of the table also really enjoyed their dishes too but the highlight was the friendly team and great service. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday and made it very memorable.

The ambience is relaxed and convivial, perfectly striking the balance between casual dining and an elevated experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, it was evident that service here is not an afterthought but a cornerstone: warm greetings, attentive consultations on the finest cuts of beef, and seamless execution from order to delivery. My family and I arrived unannounced for a birthday dinner, half-expecting the inconvenience of a wait. Instead, we were swiftly accommodated and guided to a generously sized family table, effortlessly seating our party of eight, a welcome surprise and a sign of a well-organized front-of-house team. Our feast began with an array of cuts that would excite any carnivore: two sirloins, two T-bones and two rib-eyes, accompanied by an indulgent selection of sides: Thick-cut steak chips, halloumi fries, double crunch fries, crispy garden salads, olives, golden onion rings and rich peppercorn sauce formed a supporting cast fit for the main act. To our delight, a complimentary plate of loaded fries appeared at the table—decadent enough to be a star dish in its own right. The steaks themselves were a triumph. Each cut arrived promptly, cooked to a perfect medium, sizzling hot and exuding a tantalizing aroma. The quality of the meat was evident from the first bite: beautifully marbled, with delicate ribbons of fat that melted into the flesh, delivering a richness and depth of flavor that lingered long after each mouthful. As the meal drew to a close, the team orchestrated a charming birthday surprise—cheesecake presented with flair and a spirited serenade from the staff. It was a thoughtful gesture, adding a personal touch that elevated an already exceptional evening. Bison Steakhouse left us full not just of steak, but of smiles. With its combination of top-grade meat, polished service and genuine hospitality, it is a restaurant that deserves recognition. I will certainly return, eager to explore the rest of the menu—though for now, the memory of those steaks is more than enough to savour

Tasty chicken steak, quick service, and friendly staff. I visited near opening time, so it was calm and quiet. The only issue was limited parking, but overall, highly recommend! Would visit again.
