Bad smelling expired food, (Asian staff) Chinese or Japanese lady was very rude even on asking for simple question. Disappointed, will never go again here
Such a great and affordable place to go for lunch in Bradford. I got the small rice bowl for only £5.99 and it was more than enough. Service is really quick as well so it really is ideal for the lunch rush. They use such good quality Japanese rice!! the teriyaki chicken was not very authentic but still really good though. It was saucy and juicy, and they top it off with fried shallots and green onions (my absolutely fave). I know the second picture doesn't look very appetising but damn it really was so flavourful and tasty. I tried the katsu chicken and chicken karage bowl later on in the week as well and thought katsu curry was averagely good. Would go for the teriyaki chicken still (or the karage chicken rice bowl).
Delicious food and dedicated staff! My absolute favourite place to grab lunch/dinner before work!! It’s super adorable for a meal that keeps you full for hours and the staff are so friendly and really always put me in a good mood for my shift, can’t recommend enough :)
One of my favourite and go to places for food in Bradford. Love the teriyaki chicken bowl and would recommend it to anyone. The service is always quick and they have a good selection of food available.
I’ve been a loyal customer at Lotus since Broadway has been open. Myself and my daughters have always had the Japanese curry (chicken one) It’s upsetting to say we WON’T be going back no longer. I understand the price has gone up and that isn’t the problem, problem is that they have opt for chicken thigh in their Japanese curry instead of chicken breast and there’s no vegetable. It tasted awful as it tasted like the chicken wasn’t cooked in the sauce and was chucked in. We ordered 3 and all 3 went to waste. Not impressed at all.. for £5.79 I expect quality not low standard.
