My 1st review has been deleted by the owner, but fortunately I took a screenshot of both my review and the owner’s response. Stop lying. Instead of apologising, the head office is backing its employees and their mistakes. Anyone with even 1% common sense can see you’re lying. 😃 How can someone go to a restaurant and say, “I’ll only pay if I like the food”? That’s beyond ridiculous. For the public’s sake, I challenge the head office to release the CCTV footage—let people see whether we made up the scene or planted the bug in the food. Just for your ease, we were sitting at the corner table on the 1st floor. It was around 23:05 on 12th August 2025 when we found the bug. And please, release the footage with audio—I believe the public would like to see just how “respectful” your manager really was when asking us to leave. In fact, upload the entire video so the public knows the full story: Start from 23:05 at the corner table upstairs. Then from 23:10, when we came downstairs with your manager, upload that footage too. The public deserves the truth.

Chicken fillet burger and fish burger were nothing special, fries were nice. Veg burger was decent.
Ordered online and pizza I ordered for my child had clearly been tipped and all cheese as slid off the pizza. Not how food should be received at all. Now got a child refusing to eat it as never had a pizza like it! Very strange how the other pizza was perfectly fine. Reported to uber eats as well.
I normally don’t write a review for anyone but today Mariam showed excellent customer service with a smile and a positive attitude. I’m glad they have workers like her at our local Mahmoods branch on great horton road. I told her I’m going to write a good review for her and she got happy, i think she deserves it. Bless her thanks.
