I’m rating this as Poor although my daughter loves Mahmood burgers and is a regular customer. Today they messed up her order, did not put any serviettes with the take-out order but yet the chap who took the order was quick to remind us there is minimum spend if paying contactless- where’s the priority? Who carries cash in today’s era, if local shops can accept minimum payment of £5 then what excuse does a chain food outlet have? When I called to tell them about the order they expected me to drive back in 5pm rush hour so they can add the cheese to her burger! Get it right first time if you want to keep your customers
Ordered a chicken burger uncooked hard frozen was very cold rubber. Instead off making it fresh seemed like microwaved it’s not worth the price. Gave me a new burger again same thing. Very disappointing use to love coming to Mahmood’s to eat. Charging minimum 10/15 minimum pound to pay by card charge to eat inside. Every other shops don’t charge minimum feee it’s only you guys that do it, how come other shops don’t have poor connection issues Using the card machine? and what’s charging minimum got to do with the connection ? Clearly the chicken was sat there for time and it was hard. Instead for making a fresh one for me you warmed it up in microwave. Avoid
Been Enjoying Mahmoods for a long time and been getting deliveries for a long time. Can't really complain much, food is always good and always arrives on time. Only Issue I e always had is the people Serving in store have a very rude behaviour most of the times. Don't know why even on the phone sometimes you always get straight rude questions like "what do you want??" etc. Hope the Management pays some attention to it. Leeds Road Branch I've never had any issues.
Came in order 6 boxes of chicken and chips and a fish burger every thing we order was absolutely delicious I been come here for 7 to 8years every time I go I get fresh food best burgers about who every like good patties burger get down here I would say aswell the Interior is beautiful staff are polite and they make food fast get down now for the food in bfd
Food made my wife sick, also lied and scammed us from the buy 1 get 1 free offer. Please avoid. Cheaters! The beef patty smelt off and rotten. Unfair and 0% lack of customer satisfaction. Eat at your own RISK!
