Mumtaz Nov 2025 Dear Mgt I write to you as to my experience of visiting Mumtaz in Bradford today. As a former Nhs Non-Executive Director, as a former CEO and Independent Chair with the AUAG, founder of Health Watch Leeds. I would like to add my experiences today of attending Mumtaz for over 25 years, today has been exceptional. The quality of food for the breakfast menu I highly recommend, the food was so tasty, the portions were great and the quality was exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the senior business development managers today with my family, who restored my already faith in Mumtaz quality of products and service exempla standards. I look forward to coming again and I highly recommend this establishment to all those existing and new customers as a breakfast menu is fantastic as a main course. The food was tasty and fulfilling in all aspects using great products and awesome cooking style. Thank you for treating us so so nice J

Took wife and family here for my wife’s birthday. The service and food were amazing. Our waiter (Janu) was so helpful and catered to our needs brilliantly. We had a great evening, with fantastic food, and a lovely surprise for my wife when we ordered the birthday celebration. We will definitely go again.

Great ambience & yummy fresh food. Mr Mumtaz ensured that all the guest were taken care. He did check on all guests/tables personally visiting them and getting feedback. Very rare these days, were most of the restaurants are business oriented and lack hospitality. Food was delicious, freshly prepared. Restaurant itself is cozy and has ample parking behind. Better to reserve before visit. Highly recommended

Service was incredible, interior was beautiful and the restaurant was nice and clean would definitely recommend the Punjabi Karahi absolutely fresh and perfectly cooked, shoutout to Omar/Umar for amazing service, would definitely recommend coming here with family/friends

The experience didn’t start well—our welcome and seating process left a lot to be desired. There was no warm greeting, just a curt request for our name and details. It felt disorganized, with customers left standing around reception and no clear communication about wait times. It gave a poor first impression. However, after speaking with Muhammed—who was very apologetic and professional—the situation quickly turned around. He took our concerns seriously and helped smooth things over. On a more positive note, once we were seated, Zain really stood out. He welcomed us properly, took our order efficiently, and explained how busy the restaurant was, along with approximate wait times for food. His service was attentive and much appreciated. While the start was disappointing, the staff’s efforts—particularly from Muhammed and Zain—helped recover the experience.
