I recently dined at sheeshmahal, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The food was exceptional, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. Each dish showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients and exquisite flavors. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff providing a seamless dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the waitstaff demonstrated a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. personally i liked it but don't know about your taste buds😋
The photo is of a naan bread all burnt The food here is not nice The workers do not speak proper English and do not understand and they take their time coming to you Overall this restaurant deserves 1 stars The food was not nice and i had got a tawa for 2 people The salan on the tawa was burnt from under and so was the naan
My first visit with friends, i ordered a chicken karahi apna style, which was delicious i will definetley be going again soon. My second visit and we tried the Tawa for 3, which was very tasty and i recommend it.
The food was excellent, the manager was great and looked after us although his waiters need to smile and be a bit more attentive as we were constantly looking for one of them when we needed something. Main course was very good. Menu and table were a little dirty so need to keep on top of cleaning.
Rating: ⭐ (1 star) Review: I visited Sheesh Mahal last night with friends and had one of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had.The service was shockingly poor. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took over 10 minutes for staff to simply clear a dirty table for us to sit at. We politely requested to sit upstairs but were refused without a valid reason. The most unacceptable part was the attitude of the staff, particularly the man working at the till. When we tried to discuss the issues we were having, he was incredibly rude and confrontational. He made an offensive and completely false accusation that my brother was drunk, and being rude go into the kitchen, This behavior is utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The long wait times for no reason and the hostile attitude from staff made for a miserable evening. We will not be returning.
