IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!! THE WORST FOOD PLACE ON EARTH!!! I ordered the grilled cheese beef burrito and a chicken crunchy supreme wrap it was disgusting! There was nothing grilled about it with disgusting cheese on top. Both of the meals were wrong as I ordered beef in the burrito and they gave chicken and beef, for the crunchy supreme wrap they gave me beef with tomatoes which was noted that I did NOT want them included inside it. Two completely different orders and they have no consideration for their customers!!!! Had to starve this evening and pay extortion for something so vile! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

0 STARS DO NOT GO! The worst food I’ve ever had, gave me meat instead of chicken tasted so inedible and charged extortionate for a wrap that wasn’t even grilled!!! Gave me tomatoes when my sister is allergic to them and only refunded 6.79 when both meals were wrong and completely disgusting.

AVOID! 18/12/205 9:40pm get this worker gone. asked for name of lady but I think the other worker misheard and gave me his being (Siam) Awful customer service was told I’m unable to collect a click and collect order through the drive through although I have been doing this for months as it is convenient and costs less time being in the drive thru than what somebody who would place an order there would be. Also saves pointless standing around in a cold deserted restaurant, There was 1 other customer present inside the restaurant and nobody in the drive thru, the gentleman who came to the window had no issue serving me my items until the manager (I’m assuming) said something to him resulting him saying “I cannot serve you a click and collect order through the drive through, you must come in and wait…” which is just obscure… what difference does it make I have all the order receipt needed without making me go park up and get out of my car just to stand around. Just pathetic. Power tripping manager if you ask me. Ordered on app so didn’t have to some inside yet had to come inside and WAIT anyway to get my order. 🤦‍♂️

Very good. Food was good. Customer service was top. Staff were extremely friendly and polite. The drinks fountain was top notch - not a problem with any of it. The toilet was pristine. Would give 10 stars if I could

Extremely poor food, not going back. Went to the drive thru and it wasn't working, so we had to park up and come in. Food was served very quick, which initially seemed great, but now could explain why the food was so poor.... We got a quesdilla craving box and a quesdilla meal. The chips had no seasoning, the quesadillas had no sauce on them and one of our quesadillas wasn't even cut up. Everything was ANAEMIC and was very unpleasant - very disappointed for a meal over £20. Usually Taco Bell is my favourite fast food, but I will NEVER be returning to this one.
