I’ve been here before for a friend’s birthday and wasnt fully impressed at the time but this visit completely changed my mind. The steak I had was super juicy and full of flavour, definitely didn’t disappoint. I wasn’t a big fan of the chips or the mash but the steak alone makes it worth it. Majid had really good communication and was very nice. Would definitely recommend it to any steak lovers.
Went to Toros Bradford recently and honestly, I won’t be going back. I asked for my steak medium rare, but what came out was barely cooked cold in the middle, uneven, and no proper sear. It looked and tasted like it had just been waved past the grill. The place was really quiet, which didn’t surprise me once the food arrived. Service was poor. Also, they claimed the card machine wasn’t working and asked us to pay by cash or bank transfer. That felt off, especially since it seems to be a regular thing there. Overall, the quality has dropped massively. I left disappointed and annoyed I didn’t say more at the time. Definitely won’t be returning to this branch.
Lovely experience, food was amazing and service was 10/10. Our waiter Arash was very helpful and made sure our steak was cooked exactly how we’d asked!
Wow what a lovely experience the hospitality, service and food was above and beyond enjoyed every moment the food was delicious and also staff recommend and describe all the dishes on menu, the steak with mash everything was cooked to perfection. Thankyou
AVOID! FOOD POISONING! I genuinely am surprised at how down hill this has gone. I used to come here all the time after college. Drove up from Portsmouth and wanted to grab a quick bite, wow what a waste of time and money. The medium rare steak was well done and tasted off. When asked how the food was I said this. I wasn’t even able to finish it because of how bad it tasted. I paid and left and 8 minutes later was violently sick, along with that everyone else I came with was also violently sick. I went back to ask for a refund because I’ve never had this experience here before and was disappointed. I asked to speak to the boss and was told no they won’t refund higher than £32 for which I paid £65 in total. I’m also not sure if it’s because we were the only fair skinned people there I am mixed race. As it’s common for Asian owned restaurants to give the oldest pieces of food to non Asian looking people, which I can confirm as my dad used to work in restaurants such as this. I am just honestly disappointed and shocked at the service and having to pay for a meal which has caused all of us to feel extremely unwell. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE
