I had a very unpleasant experience here. I ordered a small portion of chips, but the staff member was rude and dismissive. When I opened my wallet, he took a £5 note from me without asking, inspected it, and laughed while telling me to hurry. The portion size was extremely small and not worth the price. I also had to repeat my order multiple times before it was understood. Overall, poor customer service and poor value for money. I won’t be returning.

I ordered food with no mayo went home they put mayo on burgers they didn't even offer me to take another meal the short guy became agrassive cba arguing over £9 told him keep and his nasty food won't be going there again

I bought chicken and chips from Tawaway, and one box was extremely smelly — even the bag started to smell after I threw it away. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been reheated multiple times and was definitely not fresh. The taste was so bad it didn’t even resemble chicken, and I felt the unpleasant taste in my mouth for hours after just one bite. Very disappointed — the food was not fresh at all. I expected much better quality and hygiene.

Used to be great, got food from here all the time. Now prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. Food is just not the same, chips undercooked is common theme small errors by staff here and there could prevent this. Really need to bring back the old quality and energy.
