Prawn toast was lovely, salt and.pepper chicken was like something I had never seen before, didn't taste like salt and pepper and had soggy mushrooms on top. Spring rolls were pure grease, cut one in half and tasted awful so threw other 2 in bin. The Cantonese style chicken was large pieces of chicken cut into pieces nothing like normal individual pieces of coated chicken that you normally get and the sweet and sour sauce was really sweet with no sour taste to it whatsoever. Won't be ordering from there again as more ended up in bin than what was eaten.
Food was lovely staff really nice 😋 clean shop, good portion size and reasonably priced. Collected and food was ready at set time and hot. Really enjoyed well be going back 😊 👌
I have been using absea for 30+years never had a problem the food was always very tasty, the price great, tonight it came over an hour late, the delivery guy was very apologetic, the food was the worst it ever been, I will never get food from there again apart for tasting what we ordered the rest went in the bin, so disappointed ☹️
By far the best Chinese takeaway I've ever been to. Probably even the best food I've ever had. Everything from the portion size to the flavor was perfect. There are not many places I can name that can top this honestly. Shrimp fried rice, noodles, Mushroom curry, I recommend everyone to try this out at least once.
We are new to the area & First time ordering from here after a recommendation by bar staff . Definitely live up to its reputation ,the salt & pepper chicken amazing & the chicken & soft noodles ,large portions as well . We will definitely be back ,only gripe cash only hence 4 starts but found a ATM at the Tesco
