Very disappointed with this branch normally order from bd7 but was local to hear thought give it a go Ordered Turkish delight highly disappointed shockingly tasteless minimal tangy sauce no jalapeños no onions just bits of donner very bland definitely wont be going to this branch again
This takeaway used to be really good, but recently something’s changed. I’ve ordered twice now and been given a quarter pounder instead of the half pounder I paid for, which is £2.50 more. One thing I do like though is that they give two free dips with your food, so kudos for that. Still, what’s happened? I used to really love this place. The burgers have changed differently to how I used to like them but the margarita pizza from here are still the same they are good.
Worst kebab I’ve ever had. Chicken looked like it’d been painted red, naan was rank, no salad, sauce leaking all over. Missing stuff as well. Straight in the bin — embarrassing excuse for food.
1-star review for Bigfellas BD9 Absolutely gutted with my order from Bigfellas BD9 tonight. I ordered 4 pizzas for an occasion, and every single one of them was burnt! Not just slightly overdone, but genuinely burnt, which made them taste awful. It was a complete waste of money and really ruined our plans. Hugely disappointing experience, I won't be ordering from here again.
Absolutely disgusting food my pizza was sour and stale half of my order was missing called up the place the staff is absolutely shocking no customer service at all and spoke to me like he’s a plastic gangster spent £40 today!!! Horrible do not recommend to anyone
