I placed an order through Just Eat and discovered a bug crawling in my food. I feel sick knowing I even took a bite before noticing it. This is completely unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards I’ve inserted a photo but the bug is now dead
Paid extra for the custard to be served separately from the Dessert but on arrival was served together. Charged us extra £1.49 shouldn't be the case when they advertise otherwise. Food is great but this time around prepared wrong. Please ensure you deliver what you advertise. Many thanks.
Usually the food is on point, but today I ordered parmo burger and the chicken was hard and undercooked. I had called them to raise my concern and the service was absolutely rubbish, they telling me the chicken is fully cooked when im the 1 eating it not them so how can they be so sure. Also they didn't resolve it and said they can't offer a refund or food when I have already paid for it.
I should have checked the Google reviews before I ordered on UberEats. The Philly cheese steak was completely filled with gristle. The stir fried chicken and chips was ok, otherwise this would have been a solid 1 star
Ordered half Peri chicken on Just Eat and Recieved the order after 1 hour and 45 minutes is this a fast food restaurant or slow food restaurant. Never ordering again. Should have read comments before ordering my mistake.
