Godfathers Pizza House

We ordered from here for the first time and left a review on just eat. We had a response but, couldn’t respond to that so, here we are. The owner doesn’t seem to be able to take criticism which isn’t great if they want a successful business going forward. I went right back to January and customers were making similar comments about food being cold, burnt, incorrect items being sent, and the delivery time but, the owner prefers to tell people not to return, rather than collating the data and fixing the issues. I understand lots of fast food places use frozen chips, that’s a given, it’s about the quality, how they are cooked, stored, transported etc. The drinks we received weren’t even listed on the menu, and the peanut butter stack was received rather than the Matilda cake without any warning. On a serious note, if someone in our household had a nut allergy, it’s life and death and should be taken seriously. People in this industry are responsible for educating themselves on allergens and cross contamination. If the worst was to happen, not only would they lose their livelihood, they’d also face jail time! Seems this owner needs more training on customer service, how to run a business, and food quality/safety. Leaving an honest review isn’t meant to cause offence, it’s an opportunity to improve and fix problems customers are highlighting. Make it make sense…

I don’t do reviews but had to o on or this place. I Can’t say much about anything I haven’t tried but the pizzas I have and they are fantastic- beautiful dough and perfectly cooked. The cheese burgers are good quality and chips nice n crispy too. Tried the donner meat for the first time n it was nice and juicy and quality donner, portions were generous too.

Ordered the 3 pizza deal for £28, little pricey but really good pizzas. I ordered the asian meat feast(i asked to swap the bolognaise for the normal mince which they did) margarita and the donner pizza. All very tastey. If i was to suggest any changes id say put the onions peppers and green chillies onto the asian meat feast rather than the donner pizza, as kids usually eat the donner pizzas anyway. I didn't realise it would come like that otherwise would have requested this.The pizzas were a good size, toppings were generous and all over not just in the middle with too much crust exposed like some places do.Chips were nice too. Not letting me upload pics as yet.

Got a 16 " meat feast pizza, wasn't really full of meat and the only one I could taste was donner, was alot saucier than expected with the crusts being burnt. Overall was okay, decent enough for a thin crust stone baked pizza.

Absolutely disgusting. Order pizza chicken and chips paid £13.40 food was horrible chicken was rock hard and capsicum on pizza was off. Called them to complain fair enough they have sent the delivery driver again with chicken pieces. We refused to take the chicken can't risk our health and we have returned the food which we have paid for. No apology from takeaway.what a waste of money. Would never recommend the place.
