I cannot explain how shockingly disappointed I was. Waited over 30 minutes for a basic order. I have never experienced such a disastrous take away. 4 meals in total and loaded chips. I have never experience a grilled chicken burger with no salad, no sauce, no cheese, just a burger bun and plain chicken, There was no flavour to it what so ever. The chicken sandwich just looked like a chicken toastie from deli’s and same with the smash sandwich, definitely in no brioche bread, with no chips. The loaded fries just looked like cut up fried chicken on top of chips with a cheese sauce and that’s it. There was no flavour to anything. The inside needs a very deep clean and the bin looked like it was contaminated and overridden with germs and it looked like it has never been cleaned ever! I’m not sure how they have a 5* hygiene rating. Overall very disappointing especially after looking at TikTok videos and reviews. Sadly will never eat here again or recommend anyone.
i saw on tiktok crispy loaded fries with smash burger with drink and i bought this but the loaded fries chicken was uncooked and burger patty was burned really bad taste basterd
I ordered Parmesan (hotshot) after seeing reviews on TikTok the Parmesan was absolutely rubbish the worst iv ever had so bland burnt round the sides
Just now, I had an absolute nightmare of an experience. I was told to wait 30 minutes for my pizza, after 45 minutes they asked for 10 minutes more. At exactly 1 hour after they told me that the pizza was in the oven now. I had to leave with my little sister, she was excited and we had to leave with no pizza. I strongly recommend to buy anywhere else but here. Also I do not know who gave them the 5 star hygiene rating which they clearly do not deserve.
Ordered 3 pizzas as part of the deal thinking give to local business as seen as it was a good deal. Upon opening the pizza boxes seeing the toppings and seeing what I ordered it was ambarassing. Seeing the minimal amount of toppings provided how undercooked pizza were and the way they aint even been cut it's just poor from a takeaway saying "our intentions are for customers to come back". I would compare them to oven pizzas with a bit of toppings on best part was probably the drink. If providing an offer doesn't mean standards should drop.
