Extremey bad cooked food. Sended me down one pizza while i ordered two. On asking on call they said its done by manager and he sended down the pizza aswell. Well done what a great service you guys are providing
First impressions where good, well lit and a fancy sort of casual feel. We where served quite fast. Was told food will be 15 minutes and it took 14 so was not lied to either. Tables where not attended to and left dirty with the prices and amount if staff this should be picked up on, the bins where quite full also. Pizza was undercooked on the bottom side and the additional green chillies that where requested where not added. Gravy was nice and thick and flavour full. Fries where way overly salted! And not fresh and crispy. Cheese sauce was decent Gourmet burger was fresh and tasty. Mozzarella sticks where quite good. Chicken popcorn was amazing! Chicken bites where very spicy and had a funny smell :/ Would return again in a few months to see if they have progressed their quality. But as of now would not return.
Was really excited to try this but wow was disappointed 😔. The beef burger described as premium patty's were disgusting smelly and tasteless. The chips were cold and the lemonade was warm and flat! The dynamite wings were hot and actually really nice. Overall look of place is nice but the tummyache / toilet trips next day were not nice! Needless to say I wouldn't go back

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. The person taking orders—who might even be the manager or owner—had absolutely no customer service skills. He spoke to customers as if he was doing us a favor rather than providing a service. Honestly, when you compare the prices to what you get, it’s not worth it at all. The portion sizes are tiny, and the taste is terrible. I tried the peri peri burger, and the chicken was extremely dry. To make things worse, I saw staff using bare hands to serve food, which is absolutely unhygienic and disgusting.
