Been here countless times, the food and service never disappoints! The burgers are fabulous, great portions as well. We've tried the fried chicken and peri chicken both were great, pizzas are nice too. One of My family's favorite places to eat.
What horrible experience. Drove for nearly 2 hours exited to try the food ordered brisket my dog would not eat that . Wings very saggy full of oil looked old . Every other burger was the only thing was eatable was the drinks
Avoid this place at all cost because the food from here is absolutely disgusting. I found several hairs in my burger and Uber wouldn’t even refund the full price of the burger even after submitting a photo. Moons wouldn’t even pick up the phone and when we finally got through, they were useless and didn’t seem to care. Their hygiene rating of 3 is definitely too generous and I think they’d benefit from another health inspection to hopefully shut them down this time. Edit: it’s embarrassingly obvious that the recent review stating “ Now seeing some people complaining about the food here rather speaking to the management is Not the correct way.” was written by the owner or an employee of this place and is ironic since management’s response to me bringing up the issue was to say my review is fake and brand me a “hater”. Might as well be a bunch of children running this place.
I don’t normally write bad reviews as I don’t like to impact businesses negatively if it’s something minor. I ordered from Moons a few times and food was always good. However I ordered their new combo bucket and was actually shocked with mould on one of the burgers (I asked for a piri instead of a zinger). I got a refund off uber eats but this is an actual health hazard and I’m very sad as this was one of my favourite food spots.
I wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Placed an order for a parmo went in they said they forgot to make it wait another 15 mins. After I was biting the food tasted very funny the texture of the chicken was like rubber . If you compare this chicken to a propper chicken fillet it’s totally different. I hope management looks at this and replies. I wanted to ring but they are closed as it’s 11pm Disgusting. Did not even eat it
