If there was an option for -5 stars this place would get it. SHOCKING SERVICE !!! We ordered on uber eats and waited a whole hour for our food to then receive a notification saying WE had cancelled the order- which we obviously hadn’t. I called the restaurant to try and resolve and was met with three different excuses as to why. The first being they had no drivers, the second was that they had no boneless boxes & the third was that the person on the phone had just walked in so the matter meant absolutely nothing to him. We didn’t receive a call to even offer to change the order or to see if we would collect. WHICH WE WOULD HAVE. Absolute zero service effort or care from staff
Ordered from smoking grill tonight, I got to say the new management are doing a really great job the food has certainly improved from the previous order that I made, keep up the good work lads
Ordered a donner meat and chips, with salad and sauce. Absolutely disgusted when I moved the food to get a little bit of everything.. the meat was pink, watery and still had blood coming out. Safe to say I will not be a returning customer
Placed an order at 19.30, phoned the shop at 21:00 to be told it was on the way, arrived at 21:35 COLD & the food was literally thrown together, tasted awful. Definitely gone down hill since we first ever ordered from here, wont be ordering again.
ordered my food waited an hour and fifteen minutes to ring up just for them to tell me my order never came through yet the money had been taken out my account already. Still says my orders “on its way” was supposed to be delivered latest 11..
