Ordered a 16-inch family size pizza with half pepperoni and half chicken with vegetables. The overall taste was average. When I took a bite, the toppings and cheese kept sliding off, which made it a bit messy to eat. The cheese was quite chewy, and the pizza itself was a bit too oily for my liking. On the bright side, the vegetables tasted fresh and were probably the best part of the pizza.
Ordered a deluxe burger . Thought deluxe ment superior . Sadly this was the worst cold hard burger we have ever eaten. Plus .. there isn't any 1 strand of limp lettuce and what looked like half a slice of tomato. Hot shot pizza was lacking in taste and to make hot was just covered in jalapeños. .
‼️‼️‼️I placed an order with you for lasagne and chicken nuggets. Shortly after, I called to cancel the nuggets and keep only the lasagne. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived to collect the order, surprise – you had cancelled everything without even notifying me. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I would like a clear explanation of what happened. Is this how you treat all your customers? Due to this experience, I will no longer be ordering from your establishment. ‼️‼️‼️
Always great service, and consistently good food. I have been ordering from Pizzabox since I was about 16 years old, I'm now 39. Some of the same staff / owner all those years.
I went for pizza box in the end after asking my Facebook friends for recommendation , what an amazingly pleasant chap that took my order. After quite a somber day, he absolutely had a vibe full of soul. When I commented how chirpy he was, his response was . I like to always have a positive mental attitude. He didn't know the day I'd had and he brought a smile to my face! I've not had the food yet, so cant comment. But if the the energy has anything to go by it'll be amazing! Cheers
