The last two drinks I got were absolutely perfect. A raspberry drink with popping cherry (such a flavourful burst) and a brown sugar with boboa (soft, chewy and thoroughly cooked). Really great drinks.
I come here every Tuesday; when they do the buy one get one free deal for the bubbleteas. I have pretty much tasted every flavour and there is definitely something for everyone here. Really good for people who are wanting to get into bubbletea.
I am a returning customer at this place. I have been coming here for a few months now to buy Ramen and their Bubble tea. On my last two visits I have been disappointed with the service I received when buying the bubble tea. The young lady that works at the bubble tea station has no customer service skills and doesn’t know how to serve or speak to a customer. She makes you feel uncomfortable and awkward. The bubble teas lacked flavour and she messed up our order. I asked for something else and was given another thing. I will never be going back. The only thing I like about this place are her lashes.
I’ve been to this place twice now and I still haven’t managed to buy any bubble tea. They close like 45 minutes before their closing time which absolutely baffles me. They need to update their opening hours on google and on their social media. The second time I went here they had no tapioca which is of the important ingredient’s of a milk tea. Very unprepared and lazy attitude from this business. I didn't even buy anything again as the staff were unwilling to offer me alternatives options. Would recommend to go to any of the other bubble tea places in Bradford.
