We are genuinely concerned to learn that your pink chai was not served at the expected volume and temperature for the normal chai. We were attempting to contact you by phone but keep getting cutting off. This is unacceptable and unwarranted.
Drive through, Service was great and fast, enough parking space while you wait for your food in your car. The chai, falooda and doughnuts were great. A couple of other food places within the parking area. A lovely food court and spot.
Excellent service at Cha Cha Chai on Ingleby road. Freshly served donuts and only freshly baked goods that you��ll find here! I met up with my good friend Hassan after a while and we went down to cha cha chai. He even got me to treat him! What a stingy geeza😂 anyways we got some lovely mini dutch pancakes and some teas! I love their pink tea its amazing. As always service was fast and food was hot 😍
All I can say is BEAUTIFUL!!! 🥰 A bit of happiness in a cup. Wish they had branches in London 😢
ordered a Kashmiri pink tea with nuts just after midnight, but when I got home (3 miles away) it turned out to be plain green tea. I went back today to explain, expecting a polite response, but the staff were rude and dismissive, saying I should’ve “come back.” Poor attitude and no sense of customer care. And they did not offer replacement
