This is our own experience with this business, and we know everyone’s experience can be different — but we always like to share a review based on the service we’ve personally received. We’ve visited Chaiiwala on Ingleby Road in Bradford numerous times now, and every visit has been great. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the food is consistently tasty and well presented. It’s one of those places you know you can rely on for a good meal every time. The menu has plenty of choice — something for everyone. Our children especially enjoy their favourite toasters and wraps, and during the summer, the drinks selection was brilliant with lots of refreshing options. On one of our visits, the staff even surprised the children with complimentary donuts, which absolutely made their day — such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. There’s also plenty of parking space in the car park, which makes visiting super easy and stress-free, even when it’s busy. Chaiiwala Ingleby Road is a great spot for a relaxed meal or a quick bite. The food’s always good, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely keep coming back. I hope this honest review helps others make an informed decision.
I’ve noticed the Chaiiwala brand has really gone downhill since it first opened. The pasty was very poor with hardly any filling and far too salty. Disappointing. Card n cash accepted parking onsite price is reasonable
We absolutely love coming to this tea shop! The tea is consistently fantastic – full of flavor and always served just right. What really sets this place apart is the amazing customer service. Ehsan, in particular, always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He’s friendly, attentive, and remembers our usual orders, which adds such a personal touch. We come here regularly and it never disappoints. Highly recommend to any tea lovers out there!
I ordered an aloo paratha and was really disappointed. I expected it to be freshly made, but it was clearly frozen and very small in size. The tea quality was also poor and not at all like the Chaiwala special it used to be in the past. Overall, the quality has gone downhill. I would not recommend this place anymore.
Pathetic place to visit I would say - i have asked the lady for portion size and she said this tub and when I opened later on its literally 2,3 spoons in it for £3.95- Never ever visit this place I would say looting people’s hard earned money!!
