Service Planner Opportunity | Bradford £28,000 - £32,000 Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm | Friday finish at 4:30pm 25 days holiday + bank holidays Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a well-established business in Bradford with the recruitment of a Service Planner to join their busy operations team. This is a fully office-based role within a modern open-plan office, supporting remote field engineers across the Yorkshire region. The position will involve coordinating engineer schedules and managing breakdown and service jobs from start to finish, including: Booking and coordinating engineers Organising and requesting parts Monitoring job progress and completion Managing job sheets and system updates Ensuring SLA targets are achieved Prioritising reactive breakdowns and urgent workloads You'll work closely alongside another planner in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
