Sales Executive Location: Bradford Salary: £32,000 Basic OTE: £50,000+ Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing housebuilder on a flagship development in Bradford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising sales opportunities and revenue. The Role • Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion • Conducting development and show home tours • Generating, managing and following up sales leads • Securing reservations and progressing sales through to completion • Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and external stakeholders • Promoting optional extras and upgrades to maximise revenue opportunities • Monitoring local market activity and competitor developments • Ensuring all administration and compliance processes are completed accurately • Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the buying process The Person • Minimum 12 months' experience within New Homes Sales for a housebuilder • Comfortable managing a single-manned development • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Excellent customer service and communication abilities • Commercially aware and target-driven • Strong administration and IT skills • High attention to detail • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious • Adaptable and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop What's on Offer • Basic salary of £32,000 • OTE £50,000+ • First 3 months guaranteed commission (£1,250 per month) • Commission paid 75% on exchange and 25% on completion • Double commission available on selected incentive plots • 2% commission on extras sales • Quarterly bonus scheme worth up to £4,000 per annum • 27 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays • Option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday • Birthday day off every year • Additional leave for milestone birthdays • Private healthcare allowance • Dental cover • 6% employer pension contribution • Monthly wellness allowance • Mileage paid for business travel Why Join?
