The position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to advancing their nursing career.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and supporting daily activities.</li><li>Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.</li><li>Assist medical staff during examinations and procedures as needed.</li><li>Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.</li><li>Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the nursing station and patient areas to uphold hygiene standards.</li><li>Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.</li></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Recognised nursing qualification</li><li>Proven experience in patient care within a clinical environment is desirable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.</li><li>Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosage calculations and safety procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.
