<p>The Head of Human Resources will partner the MD and SLT, responsible for all aspects of HR for this growing SME business</p> <p><strong>Client Details</strong></p> <p>Our client is an SME, part of a larger group, based in Bradford with multiple sites across the UK</p> <p><strong>Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the Human Resources department to support business objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract top talent at all levels</li><li>Drive forward the Talent and Learning agenda within the organisation</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.</li><li>Coach, guide and advice fellow Heads of Department on all HR matters, becoming a critical friend to SLT</li><li>Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.</li><li>Lead on HRIS project</li></ul> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <p>The successful candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Have a proven track record operating as Senior HRM/Head of HR in a similar, fast paced, multi site environment.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.</li><li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>IT literate and able to utilise systems effectively</li></ul> <p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary c. £70,000</li><li>Permanent position based in Bradford with some UK travel as and when required</li><li>Flexible with working pattern and some home working available (will consider part time working arrangements)</li><li>Pension</li><li>Bonus</li><li>Car or car allowance</li><li>Death in service</li><li>Private healthcare</li><li>Opportunity to grow and progress in the role as the business grows</li></ul>
