HR Advisor
<p>We are seeking an experienced and confident <strong>HR Officer</strong> to join one of our leading Leeds based clients. You will help drive effective, legally compliant, and people-focused practices across multiple sites.</p> <p>This is a generalist role covering Employee Relations, Recruitment, Polices and Procedures - and you will support across exciting projects. A varied and fast paced role.</p> <p>Ideally you will come from a manufacturing or retail background. You will be responsible for a large team. Please send us your CV today for consideration.</p> <p>You must be able to drive for this role due to the weekly travel involved.</p> <p>This role is fully office based/on site</p> <p><strong>Key Duties and responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working proactively to build relationships with management, guiding and coaching within all areas of HR.</li><li>Employee Relations throughout the business, HR policies and processes in addition to having an engagement focus</li><li>Responsible for key HR projects</li><li>Talent Management: succession planning, recruitment, L&D projects - coaching and mentoring</li><li>Responsible for managing absence, sickness and looking at staff attendance</li></ul> <p><strong>Skills & Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>CIPD Level 5 qualified or 4+ years hands on experience within a decision-making HR role</li><li><strong>Driving Licence</strong></li><li>Proven experience with managing Employee Relations</li><li>Experience of relationship building and challenging situations with the right approach, to ensure a satisfactory resolution</li><li>Strong coaching and leadership skills</li><li>Superb communication and organisational skills</li></ul> <p>We are unable to reply to every individual application, however if your skills and experience meet the above criteria, we will be in contact with you.</p>
