Be a part of it.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>We are looking for an organised HR Administrator with a passion for making a difference to others. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>You’ll be working full time 38.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) at Cygnet Hospital Bierley, helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>Cygnet Hospital Bierley provides a range of acute and low secure mental health services for men and women.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The hospital is set across four wards offering single-sex male and female specialist mental health services. All our services are provided under the umbrella of a recovery orientated approach and are reviewed through the CPA framework.</p> <p>You will be responsible for helping provide a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and the people in our care.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><b>Your day-to-day...</b><br />• Ensure HR systems are regularly maintained & updated<br />• Work with the HR teams & provide administrative support<br />• Ensure all HR records & systems are accurate & comply with the Data Protection Act<br />• Maintain employee personnel files & ensure they are fully compliant with CQC guidelines<br />• Proactively develop & implement robust systems across Cygnet<br />• Assist in the maintenance of employee data on Cygnet’s HR information system.<br /><br /><b>You are...</b><br />• An effective & experienced HR administrator in a healthcare setting<br />• Genuinely driven with a desire to mak<br />e a real difference in people’s lives<br />• An excellent communicator & a good team player<br />• Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions<br />• Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative<br />• A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills<br />• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office & the internet.<br /><br /><b>Why Cygnet?
