HR Advisor
<p>Employee Relations Advisor / Specialist (Temporary Assignment)<br />Location: North Bradford<br />Start: April 2026<br />End: June 2026<br />Working Pattern: Up to 2 days per week, 8:30am-4:30pm (on-site). Days can be agreed with some flexibility.<br /><br />DBS: Valid DBS required or willingness to undertake a new check.<br />Your New Company<br />A well-regarded organisation in North Bradford is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly embed themselves within a busy HR environment and provide high-quality support on a range of complex employee relations matters.<br />Your New RoleAs an experienced ER specialist, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload, often involving complex and sensitive issues. You will provide expert advice and guidance to managers, ensuring fair, compliant and timely resolution of cases.Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Managing complex ER cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and performance matters.</li><li>Providing expert advice aligned with ACAS guidance and best practice.</li><li>Ensuring all actions are compliant with current employment law and organisational policies.</li><li>Preparing documentation, conducting investigations and supporting hearings where required.</li><li>Working closely with managers to build confidence and capability in handling ER matters.</li></ul> <p>What You'll Need to Succeed</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 4 years' experience in a dedicated employee relations role.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of employment law and ACAS codes of practice.</li><li>Proven experience managing complex ER cases independently.</li><li>Ability to hit the ground running and operate with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication, judgement and organisational skills.</li><li>A valid DBS or willingness to undertake a check before starting.</li></ul> <p>What You'll Get in Return</p> <ul> <li>Flexible working pattern (up to 2 on-site days per week).</li><li>The opportunity to make an immediate impact within a supportive team.</li><li>A varied and engaging workload in a professional environment.</li></ul> <p>Interested?If you're an experienced Employee Relations Advisor looking for a short-term assignment to start in April, we'd love to hear from you.
