We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers for an immediate start at a modern, well-organised warehouse in Bradford.<br />This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering full-time hours, competitive pay, and long-term career stability within a supportive and inclusive working environment.<br /><br /><strong>Pay Rates:</strong><br /><ul> <li><strong>Day Shift:</strong> £13.06 per hour</li><li><strong>Night Shift:</strong> £15.32 per hour</li></ul> <strong>Overtime Available:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Days: £14.97 (P1) | £18.01 (P2)</li><li>Nights: £17.23 (P1) | £20.27 (P2)</li></ul> <strong>Peak Attendance Bonus – Earn up to £600!</strong><br />To reward commitment during busy periods, we’re offering a <strong>fantastic attendance bonus</strong>:<br /><ul> <li><strong>£50 bonus for every full 4-shift block worked</strong></li><li>Paid across <strong>12 shift cycles</strong></li><li><strong>Earn up to £600 in total</strong></li></ul> Employees on alternative shift patterns will be paid <strong>pro rata</strong><br /><strong>Holiday:</strong><br />You won’t qualify for the bonus during any full week of holiday, but you can still earn for all other qualifying weeks.<br /><em>Example: Work 11 qualifying weeks + 1 week holiday = £550 bonus</em><br /><strong>Attendance Criteria:</strong><br />To remain eligible, you must maintain good attendance:<br /><ul> <li>No repeated issues with absence, sickness, TOFD, unauthorised absence, or lateness</li><li>Two separate occasions of the above may result in losing eligibility</li><li>Missing a full 4-shift block due to absence/unauthorised absence = removal from the scheme</li><li>Accepting overtime and not attending will count as an absence</li></ul> <strong>Shift Patterns:</strong><br /><ul> <li><strong>4 ON / 4 OFF Rotation</strong> <ul> <li>Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm</li><li>Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am</li></ul> </li></ul> <strong>OR</strong><br /><ul> <li><strong>Monday to Thursday</strong> <ul> <li>Days: 6:00am – 4:30pm </li><li>Nights: 6:00pm – 4:30am </li></ul> </li></ul> <strong>Your Role:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Safely operate a Reach Truck within a structured warehouse environment</li><li>Move, load, and store pallets efficiently</li><li>Pick stock using RF scanners</li><li>Work as part of a team to meet daily targets</li><li>Support general warehouse duties</li><li>Follow all health & safety procedures</li></ul> <strong>Warehouse Environment:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Modern, clean, high-bay facility</li><li>Highly organised and safety-focused</li><li>Pallets stored up to 6 levels high</li><li>Advanced robotic shuttle system</li><li>Handling packaged beverage products</li></ul> <strong>Requirements:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Valid Reach Truck FLT licence (<strong>RTITB or ITSSAR preferred</strong>)</li><li>Previous warehouse experience (desirable but not essential)</li><li>Strong attention to safety and detail</li></ul> <strong>Assessment:</strong><br /><ul> <li>Short on-site Reach Truck assessment (approx. 30 minutes)</li></ul> If you’re looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent earning potential and a reliable, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.<br /><strong>Immediate starts available – apply now to secure your assessment slot.</strong>
