<strong>Supply Chain Administrator</strong> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Bradford (Office-based)<br /><strong>Contract:</strong> Ongoing Temporary<br /><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time (Monday–Friday)<br /><strong>Pay Rate: £14 - 15 per hour</strong></p> <strong>The Role</strong> <p>We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised <strong>Temporary Supply Chain Administrator</strong> to join a busy team based in Bradford to work alongside the expeditors. This is an ongoing temporary position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating, tracking, and supporting operational processes.</p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Expediting orders, materials, and documentation to ensure timely progress</li><li>Monitoring and updating internal systems and trackers</li><li>Liaising with suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders</li><li>Chasing outstanding information, deliveries, and approvals</li><li>Maintaining accurate administrative records and reports</li><li>Use of excel daily to monitor and track deliveries</li><li>Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks</li><li>Identifying and escalating any delays or potential issues</li></ul> <strong>About You</strong> <ul> <li>Previous experience in an administrative, expediting, or coordination role</li><li>Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Confident communicator, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)</li><li>Proactive and able to work independently</li></ul> <strong>What’s on Offer</strong> <ul> <li>Immediate start available</li><li>Ongoing temporary opportunity with potential to extend</li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Valuable experience within a busy and dynamic organisation</li></ul> If you are available for this role to start ASAP please apply now!
