<p>Beyond Talent Solutions are currently working with a growing, family-owned recycling business.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and ambitious <strong>Business Development Manager</strong> to join an established sales team, covering the Bradford area. This field based role offers the opportunity to develop new business, build long m term customer relationships, and contribute to the continued success of a well-established organisation. Some attendance at head office for meetings and training will be required.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Working Hours</strong></p> <p>Typically Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm with some flexibility</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, networking, and other lead generation activities.</li><li>Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using a bespoke CRM system.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments, ensuring excellent service delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.</li><li>Support the Sales Manager and colleagues with additional sales-related activities when required.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous B2B sales experience.</li><li>A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with prospecting and handling rejection.</li><li>Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills and a professional, persistent approach.</li><li>Social media savvy and capable of identifying and engaging prospects through online channels.</li><li>Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.</li><li>Ambitious, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding results and building long-lasting customer relationships.</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic salary of <strong>&#163;28,000 per annum</strong>.</li><li>An industry-leading commission structure with uncapped earning potential.</li><li>The opportunity to join a supportive, family-oriented business with strong growth ambitions.</li><li>Ongoing support, training, and career development opportunities.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> &#163;28,000 per annum &#43; uncapped commission (&#163;40K OTE)</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Bradford (field-based)</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>
