<p>Commercial Sales Manager<br />Bradford<br />£45,000-£50,000 + Bonus<br /><br />A well-established and growing manufacturing business within the architectural and building materials sector is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead and develop its internal commercial function.<br /><br />This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Sales Manager to join a respected industry organisation supplying specialist products to customers across the UK. The successful Commercial Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and leading the internal sales team to deliver commercial success.<br /><br />The role will suit a commercially focused Commercial Sales Manager who thrives in a leadership environment and has experience working within manufacturing, technical products, or the glass/building materials sector.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Lead and support the internal commercial sales team to maximise performance and profitability<br />Drive business development activity with both new and existing customers<br />Oversee estimating, sales administration, and conversion performance across the sales function<br />Manage customer relationships from enquiry through to delivery and aftercare<br />Monitor team performance through KPIs and commercial metrics<br />Work closely with senior leadership to support budgeting and commercial strategy<br />Support development of systems, CRM usage, and internal processes<br />Provide technical guidance to the sales team where required<br />Assist in shaping long-term business growth strategy<br /><br />The successful Commercial Sales Manager will also play an important role in coaching and mentoring the commercial team to develop their capabilities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.<br /><br />Key Requirements<br />Experience within the glass industry or closely related sectors<br />Strong technical understanding of products within a manufacturing environment<br />Experience managing internal sales teams or commercial teams<br />Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities<br />Ability to analyse sales performance and drive improvement<br />Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness<br /><br />This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager looking to make a real impact within a growing and ambitious organisation.<br /><br />Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus<br />Location: Bradford<br />Type: Full-time, office-based with occasional site/customer visits<br /><br />Apply online NOW or for further information or a confidential discussion, please contact: Helen HMIND INDHM</p>
